Founded in 2003 by a field service technician, Joseph Kocan, New Eve Technologies, Inc. started off with a strong emphasis on providing services that other integration companies simply didn’t have time to do, or just didn’t want to do.

With our years of Information Technology experience ranging from high end application services implementations based upon Citrix XenApp (Presentation Server) to complex security implementations based on Check Point Firewall-1, Cisco ASA and intrusion detection systems, we will be a serious help to your next IT project. Our experience is enhanced through many implementations in the core of information technology systems based on Windows Server 2003 and 2008 Active Directory and Cisco switch and router infrastructure, which enables us to recognize problems that other systems integrators may miss.
In addition to the industry standards, we have worked in many environments with technologies that have deviated from what is popular and industry blessed. We have worked in many environments where proprietary applications have been used and where commercial support is not avaiable. These include proprietary modem driving software for service orders in a large florist distributor and several custom applications for a security exchange.
We have proven ourselves to be a highly capable and customer oriented field services company by providing over 17 years of field service to hundreds of companies many of which are fortune 500. A significant portion of these companies have very high expectations of their technology professionals as they include; banks, trading companies, software development firms and hospitals.
Our customer focus has been enhanced through our attention to detail especially in customized training and documentation. These training and documentation skills have been demonstrated again and again through formal college level courses in security assessments taught at DePaul University Chicago as well as many informal training classes created specifically at the request of customers.
